Well here we go, my first BLOG.....
Welcome to my website and the wonderful world of commercial real estate. I'm assuming that you are reading this because A: you are my mother, B: I coerced you into going to my website, or C: you really are interested in what I have to say. You know which category that you fall into and so I'll try and keep these entries short, sweet, and as painless as possible. Commercial Real Estate Services is what I do to support my other habits, which although not an all inclusive list, includes paying my daughters college tuition, feeding a 15 year old boy, supporting my trophy wife, and helping my fellow man. What are Commercial Real Estate Services, you say? Well you can read the pages of this website get more formal explanations or here is the short version. I act as the "broker" or middle man that facilitates the transfer of real property. Real property, (Real Estate) transactions in Texas must be in writing and must be facilitated by either a licensed attorney or a real estate broker. My brokerage fee is earned when and only when a specific transaction closes and is typically paid for by the seller or landlord of the property in question. Which basically means that I don't charge an hourly rate like an attorney, which means that my motivation for closing a transaction includes a sense of urgency to get it done efficiently and accurately.
